1. Each Customer hold a valid Civil ID is eligible to participate and win only once.

2. The gift is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. To collect the gift, customers must visit Ooredoo's Head Office branch.

4. The deadline for collecting the gift is 30 October 2026. Any unclaimed gifts after this date will be forfeited.

5. To be eligible to receive the gift at the time of collection, the customer must be an active subscriber to any of Ooredoo’s services.
