1. Eligibility

• Participation in the Number Auctions is open to individual customers with a valid Ooredoo account.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ooredoo reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse participation at its discretion.

2. Auction Process

• Each auction is time-bound, with the closing date and time clearly displayed on the auction page.
• Bids can be placed only through the Ooredoo Number Auctions platform.
• Each bid must meet or exceed the current highest bid and comply with the minimum increment requirements.

3. Reservation Price

• To join an auction, participants must pay the Reservation Price stated for each number.
• The Reservation Price can be used in multiple active auctions simultaneously.
• If you do not win the auction, the Reservation Price will be refunded to your wallet.
• If you win the auction, the Reservation Price will be deducted from the final payment amount.

4. Wallet Deposits

• Bidding requires a sufficient wallet balance.
• Funds added to the wallet for bidding are non-refundable under any circumstances, except for the return of Reservation Price deposits as described above.
• Wallet funds are used exclusively for participating in auctions and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

5. Winning an Auction

• The highest bidder at the end of the auction timer will be declared the winner.
• Ooredoo will notify the winner via email after the auction concludes.
• The winner will be contacted by Ooredoo's customer care to finalize the selection of a mobile plan for the won number.
• If the winner fails to respond or complete the purchase within the given timeframe, Ooredoo reserves the right to offer the number to the next highest bidder or re-list the number.

6. Payment and Plan Selection

• The winner must complete payment for the winning bid amount (minus any Reservation Price already paid) through the available payment methods (wallet, KNET, or credit card).
• The selected number will be activated only after the full payment and completion of the required onboarding process.

7. General Rules

• All auction times and results are determined by Ooredoo's system clocks.
• Ooredoo reserves the right to cancel, extend, or modify any auction at its discretion, with or without prior notice.
• Any attempt to manipulate the auction process (including but not limited to collusive bidding, use of bots, or fraudulent activity) may result in disqualification and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Ooredoo is not responsible for technical difficulties or delays that may affect participation or the outcome of an auction.
• Ooredoo's liability for any claim related to the Number Auctions is limited to the amount paid by the participant for that specific auction.

9. Privacy

• Personal information collected during the auction process will be used in accordance with Ooredoo's Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

By participating in the Number Auctions, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any bids.
